Once booked, you'll receive a unique delivery ticket ID# by email with tracking link from our Zippykind platform.
Once one of our dedicated delivery drivers is assigned to your shipment, you'll receive another email update. Your driver will make preparations for their trip.
You'll receive another email update when your delivery driver is on their way to pick up your shipment items, or has already loaded your items for delivery. With your tracking ID# and tracking page link, you can follow them along their journey.
When your driver has arrived safely and is ready to load or unload, you'll receive another email update. At this point, you may contact our dispatchers by phone if there's anything to notify us about.
When your items have been picked up (or delivered to their final destination) successfully, you'll receive a final email confirmation. Feel free to leave any comments about your service through the tracking page.
